Obituary For Bruce Lee McCullough
The first one to the bowl, the most free spirit. A Lab has always been considered loyal. Our boy was a testament of that. “Where’s your stick”, he sprints to the living room to dive into his own stash of favorites. He always came running back with one, and then loved playing keep away. He was the life of the party. He is survived by his dad mark, his mom shavonne, two canine sisters; bridgette and Frankie, and his feline companions; kitty, Gandalf, and Sméagol. As a puppy, no pen, chord, bra, or even mattress topper was safe. We took our eye off of him for one second and he jumped in the passengers seat of a strangers car. He kept us on our toes. He loved following you to the bathroom and protecting you by sitting right inbetween your legs. He could double up paws quicker than any fast shooter in the old west. He was the caretaker, always cleaning everyone’s ears and protecting us if a stranger walked up. But he always made friends with them faster than anything. He came, he saw, he conquered. But most importantly he loved us all so unconditionally. You could stare into his eyes and feel it in your soul. Thank you Bruce, for a decade, you taught us love, lots of patience, and we are so lucky you decided to bound into our lives. We will love you forever.
