Our sweet boy, Ozzie, went to be with the Lord on November 26, 2022. Oz was one of the best dogs you could ever ask for. In the Spring of 2009, Ozzie was born the runt of the litter. He was the last puppy that no one wanted. His daddy had just gotten back from a deployment in Iraq and it was fate that brought these two together. Ozzie was his daddy's service dog without the training or badge, but heelers are just smart like that. Ozzie welcomed into their family with a wagging tail and a huge grin, a mama, new puppy, and three kiddos during his 13.5 years here on Earth. Ozzie stayed by his mama's side while his dad went on another deployment, but he was there for her the most during three miscarriages. Our sweet boy was hurting so much, as the old age was settling in to his legs, but he was always there. It has been hard these last two weeks without his sweet face around. He is survived by and sorely missed by his daddy, mama, fur sister, two brothers and sister. We love you sweet boy. Thank you for being our baby.
