When it was time for my 18-year-old kitty to go, the staff at PW&W were extremely comforting and respectful of my pain. They called to let me know the urn I had chosen was too small, and helped me choose another that was the same price. I would never have known if they had not given me all of her remains; it shows great integrity that they were honest! Besides, anyone with original “Pete the Cat” artwork is alright in my book! (Thanks for your caring service…I will use you again when the time comes–which I hope is years away!)
