Obituary For Abby McLean

Abby was the sweetest dog anyone could of asked for, we found each other at the Cobb County Pound when I went looking for a forever fur baby, Abby was the only dog in the whole pound that wasn’t barking or going nuts. She looked up at me with those pitiful eyes asking me to please take her out of there. She looked so scared. She was a low maintenance sweet girl hardly had any accidents in the house. I can count three in her whole life when she was sick one time and couldn’t help it. She loved everybody she would greet you at the door with a smile and a toy. She loved children of all ages. She loved all other dogs was curious about cats and wanted to chase them in the beginning of her life, but just really wanted to play with them, all of my dog, loving friends who had dogs that had trouble with their dog, wanting to play with other dogs could always be assured Abby would play with theirs, she had a way about her of communicating to other dogs that she was friendly and could calm an anxious dog down to be her best buddy. She wasn’t the type of dog that would fetch but she had other positive loving conditions. I called her my therapy dog as she would always know when I was hurting or in pain and would curl up next to me. I’m gonna miss you so much I hope you’re living pain-free on the other side of the rainbow. You deserve nothing but happiness and you’re afterlife. Love you, Abby.

Hi there. You don't know me but I do subscribe to the obituaries here to see the stories people share about their pets who have crossed over Rainbow Bridge (https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/Poem.htm). So sorry for your loss of Abby. Thank you so much for sharing some of her awesome story. I can see she meant the world to you and had a tremendous impact on your life. And what a pretty girl 😊. Our pets bring so much unconditional love and joy to our lives. They truly are family members who we create and share memories with. Keep those with you and she will live on in your heart forever.
