Obituaries

The Martin family sorrowfully announces the passing of our beloved family member Sire Aston Martin. Ashy, as we affectionately called him, was very ill and suffering from an aggressive form of cancer. At the advice of the wonderful Dr. Jacobs at the Blue Pearl Veterinary Hospital in Lawerenceville, Georgia we decided that Ashy had fought the good fight and we did not want him to suffer anymore.

Ash was 12 years old, we bought him home as a Christmas present for Morgan and Drew at 8 weeks old. Little did we know that Ashy was the smartest dog ever! Ash brought us so much happiness we just could not bear to leave him at home.

He loved car rides and walks to the park. He loved his sister, Lexi, his cousins Onyx, Leland, and Milo, and also his pal, Puppy. Ashy never met a dog he did not want to play with, even Sarge the German Shepard around the corner who was very militant and found no time for play except when Ashy walked by!

Ashy will be missed by a lot of humans too! He would want me to stop crying by licking my hands until I rubbed his head. He would look up with those big brown eyes as if to say,

"It's all right Mommy."
