Obituary For Bella M. Williams

It was a fantastic day in December 2010 when my niece was blessed with an adorable graduation gift from her bestie. We were all amazed at the cutest sight ever, a beautiful, Yorkie. She was named Bella.

As quickly as she had gotten into the house and acquainted, with her Dog Mom and all her family, Bella was developing special bonds with each one of us. She would follow her Pop around the house as if to inspect things and make sure things would go her way. She had her Pop trained and the two of them enjoyed watching tv, especially westerns and football games. Bella always wanted a rub down on her neck from her uncle and she would bark and demand treats & toys from her Grand mom. She would get her tummy rubs from her auntie and of course there was nothing like her special kisses, cuddles & love from her Dog Mom.

On any given day, we all looked forward to our special time with our beloved Bella. She had that certain way, like most of our furry friends, to make any and everyday, a better one. She always knew how to lift our spirits and spread a little “sunshine” in everyday.

It was a true joy and a blessing to have had Bella. She was our therapist and confidant. She had a demanding job, that only she could fill. We were just so happy to have had many hours of joy, playtime and loads of fun and great memories, with this incredible sweet dog.

We always enjoyed Bella’s spunkiness, feistiness, and all the funny things that she used to do to entertain us, challenge us & love us. She was an amazingly intelligent dog, and we were often complimented about her behavior & all that “cuteness.”

There are so many awesome things that we all enjoyed about our dog Bella. We especially loved the way she greeted us at the door. She would look out the blinds to see who was coming and then she would welcome her family in. She definitely had a way of making you feel special.

Bella was especially cute dressing up for holidays and special occasions. She had quite a fashionable wardrobe and she was known as the “fashion queen!”

When our Pop’s health started
to fail, Bella was so perceptive and would follow him more and cuddle with him. She was also very protective of him. Bella was also starting to experience health issues too. It was upsetting that she could no longer eat her doggie treats, but we all understood as we wanted to keep her as healthy as we could.

As Bella was progressing in age, she still maintained her playful, caring, lovable and sweet demeanor. She was always the life of the party, at our house. In recent weeks, our sweet baby dog, started slowing down due to having aches and pains from time to time. Although she was having health challenges, she tried to always be that spry little energetic dog, that she always was. Bella’s health continued to decline and on October 13, 2025, she was called to Heaven. She fell into a peaceful sleep as she was heading to her favorite sleeping spot, in her Grand mom’s room.

Bella was the best friend and companion that anyone could ask for. She was the cutest Yorkie, in the whole world! Our family is so thankful to God for giving us Bella and for allowing us to have had her in our lives and for making our lives richer and fuller for 15 glorious years!

May our precious Bella rest in Heavenly Peace. When she gets to Heaven, she will be reunited with her Pop. Bella will be forever and dearly loved and deeply missed.’

Lovingly Submitted,
The Family
