Our sweet rescue BB. He came to us a broken boy. He would not eat, had been attacked at the shelter by another dog and obviously on his own for a little while. After being attacked at the shelter they were going to put him down but a rescue pulled him. He came to us carrying an elephant in his mouth and every day for the first 2 weeks he just laid around with that elephant. Finally after 2 weeks he ate a homemade biscuit and that was officially his new name. B was the most loyal dog especially to his dad! He was little but thought he was tough! Lol. He loved his brother Max so very much. They were inseparable. When they both became sick we rode it forever just hoping they would last forever. After Max passed suddenly we felt it was only right to let B pass and be cremated with his brother that he had spent 15 years of fun filled days with. He couldn’t hear, then was losing his sight and had a severe case of Cushing’s with dementia. He was really pitiful so we hope that BB and Max are running around up there and loving life to the fullest! Until we meet again my sweet boys. Losing both together crushed us but we are thankful for the time we had! And we are grateful to Paws, Whiskers and Wags for the love and compassion they show in such a horrible time for people like us!
