Obituary For Carmen (Carmelita) Rowland

Our Sweet Carmen was born in Georgia and I got her at 2.5 months old. She reached out to me in the pen of her sisters and brothers and we never let go. She was a courageous little girl, went to obedience at 3 months, started basic agility at 6 months and loved every minute of each adventures she participated. Taking a train, plane, car trips, elevator, trip out to eat with us and watching people and other four legged, they were all her Jam. When Suzanne and Agnes and Bobo cats came into our life, she loved them also and it was a blended family almost immediately. He stays with Aunt Leslie and Chewy were always a fun time and she loved the big back yard and special breakfast when we were on vacations. Carmen was very much a people person much more than other dogs but she had many friends of both varieties. She was energetic, especially when coming in from a walk and getting her treat. She was the most well behaved and easiest dog I have ever loved and she was devoted to us also. My last vision in my head of Carmen is the last few hours when she didnt want to get up and was tired but kept wagging her tail at me when I talked to her. Your were the Best Carmen and you will always be in our hearts. Have fun in heaven and find some other to cuddle with you, Agnes and Lula for sure!

Hi there. You don't know me but I do subscribe to the obituaries here to see the stories people share about their pets who have crossed over Rainbow Bridge (https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/Poem.htm). So sorry for your loss of Carmen. Thank you so much for sharing some of her story. I can see she meant the world to you and had a tremendous impact on your life. And what an awsome face 😊. Our pets bring so much unconditional love and joy to our lives. They truly are family members who we create and share memories with. Keep those with you and she will live on in your heart forever. RIP Carmen.
