Obituary For Catriona Allen

Catriona Allen was born in Fayetteville NC on the 3rd August 2009. She was a very playful kitten, both with her siblings and by herself. Catie loved to curl up in boxes. She would run to her mom and dad to cuddle any time she could. She loved hair brushes, headbands, her siblings, and adored raw beef tenderloin. Catie was very patient and loving to everyone. In March 2022, she was diagnosed with squamous cell CA of the mandible, and given a poor prognosis, with a life expectancy of 1-10 months. She bravely amazed everyone after irradiation , living for many months. When Catie could no longer eat, a feeding tube was placed, which she tolerated patiently for several more months. Finally, after our return from overseas when she was staying with relatives, she seemed to sense it was time, pulled out her tube, and went to sleep on the 8th August 2024. Catie, you will be deeply missed and always remembered with profound love. Rest in peace, little girl....

So sorry for your loss of Catriona. Thank you so much for sharing some of her story. I can see she meant the world to you and had a tremendous impact on your life. And what a beautiful little girl 😊. Our pets bring so much unconditional love and joy to our lives. They truly are family members who we create and share memories with. Keep those with you and she will live on in your heart forever. RIP Catriona.
