Obituary For Freddie Crawford

My sweet Freddie, my potato, I am missing bg you beyond words. I know you and Joey are together now and waiting for me at the bridge. You may have been Mom's kitty first, then Kris's and they loved you so much, but then when they left you and Joey became part of my family.

You made the big move with us from CA to SC and were so good being stuck in the small bedroom in the motorhome for a month. Finally we got to move into our new home. You loved this house and it quickly became your kingdom and along with Joey you ket Peanut and Mew, Spencer and Penny in line.

You have been our big fluffy potato for 12 years and I've loved every moment. Then we lost Joey 3 years ago and both of us haven't been the same. I know how much you've missed him. When you got sick a month ago I tried to ignore the signs...blaming it on just getting old like me. I guess I was wrong. I'm sorry my sweet kitty, I sure wish you could have stayed a lot longer, but your body was just telling us no. And I think Mom, Kris and Joey needed you more.

Thank you for being you, and for all the late night cuddles when I couldn't sleep. Thank you for being a good big brother to Kolbalt and teaching him how to cat. Most of all thank you for letting me be your human and putting up with me calling you potato.
I'll see you at the bridge Potato.

You don't know me but I do subscribe to the obituaries here to see the stories people share about their pets who have crossed over Rainbow Bridge (https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/Poem.htm). So sorry for your loss of Freddie. I can see he was a very handsome boy 😊. Our pets bring so much unconditional love and joy to our lives. They truly are family members who we create and share memories with. Keep those with you and she will live on in your heart forever. RIP Freddie.
