Obituary For Frodo Garner

The loss of our darling bestest boy has broken our hearts. To say that Frodo was one of the best dogs ever is not an exaggeration! He protected us from deliveries fiercely even though we had to protect him from rain (because that could always turn into thunder, right?), dog stuffed animals, and loud video games. He only buried our socks in my plants one hundred times and when I moved the plants so he couldn’t, he buried them in the couch and our long curtains 😂 He was perfect in every way: soft, playful, and loyal. His eyes followed our every move while his eyebrows danced above them. He never met a stranger and was even a little too friendly to some, especially toddlers! We will think fondly of his zoomies and how he would eat snow. He got us through multiple family illnesses, the loss of loved ones, and a pandemic! We just don’t know what to do without him. I really hope I find a sock in one of my plants when repotting someday. I hope heaven is full of snow, lizards, frogs, chipmunks, popcorn, apples, and bacon. Save a place for us, Frodo!

Candles & Memories

Hi. You don't know me but I do subscribe to the obituaries here to see the stories people share about their pets who have crossed over Rainbow Bridge (https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/Poem.htm). So sorry for your loss of Frodo. Thank you so much for sharing some of his story! I can see he meant the world to you and had a tremendous impact on your family. And what a handsome boy! 😊. Our pets bring so much unconditional love and joy to our lives. They truly are family members who we create and share memories with. Keep those with you and he will live on in your heart forever. RIP Frodo.
