Obituary For Grant Olinger

Grant came to us after being surrendered to Atlanta Lab Rescue in 2014. We were meant to be his foster home, but we quickly knew that Grant belonged with us. We adopted him the very next day.
Grant added a certain spark of energy to our home. He was fast, playful, and loved his orange chuck-it balls.
Grant spent his senior years getting his morning “scratchies” while we sipped our coffee before he would retire to one of his cooling orthopedic beds for a nap.
Grant lost his battle with Cushings Disease and Osteoarthritis on 4/27/2024.
His loss is a crushing blow to our family, but we find comfort in knowing that Grant absolutely knew that he was loved.
Grant, our goodest boy.

So sorry for your loss of Grant. Thank you so much for sharing his story and giving him the life he deserved! I can see he meant a tremendous amount to you and your family 😊. Our pets bring so much unconditional love and joy to our lives. They truly are family members who we create and share memories with. Keep those with you and he will live on in your heart forever. RIP Grant.
