Obituary For Greta Sebek

Greta was adopted from STAR Rescue in Gainesville, FL along with her brother Hansel in December of 2008. They were 4 months old and they both quickly bonded with their parents Agnes and Ross.

Greta was very vocal and she liked to especially talk about food and brushings, but even if you were just walking by she would give you a short "Hello" to let you know that she's there and that she loves you.

Greta was quirky and filled with love. They only thing that truly bothered her was when there wasn't food waiting for her in the dish. She never tried to bite or scratch, she never jumped onto the tables or the counter, but she always liked to get a kiss and a quick snuggle.

In addition to brushings and food, Greta loved to chase the laser pointer and run/jump/slide on blankets that were left on the wood floors. She liked to sit in windows, nap in the sun, burrow under blankets and sometimes she would open drawers and remove all of the clothes to either create a new fort or to get our attention.

Greta was so soft and full of purrs, which made her the best snuggle buddy. She typically liked to sit next to people instead of on their laps, but she wasn't shy to let you know if she hadn't had a hug and kiss lately.

Greta had a wonderful 16 years of life. She is survived by her parents Agnes and Ross, along with her brother Hansel and sister Mila. She was loved by everyone from the vets, vet techs, pet sitters and guests. While she is no longer on this earth she will always be in our hearts! ❤
