Lucy was my best friend. She was my motivation to get up even when I didn’t want to. She had this smile that could turn a bad day into a good one. Her favorite things were her chewy sticks and squeaky balls and watching out the window judging the neighbors. Her favorite place was the beach. She loved the water and playing in the waves. I’ll never forget the day I adopted her sitting there watching me and when I walked over to her she just put her paw on the glass as if to say I choose you. I will cherish our adventures that we went on. Lucy was my only dog but she had many friends. Her best dog friends were Patrick, Aries and Scout. Lucy was loved by many and her vet’s favorite challenge. Until we meet again baby girl know that mommy loves you very much.
