Obituary For Major Work

Major wasn’t just a dog; he was a whole personality. A whirlwind of energy, a mischievous spark, and a giant, beating heart wrapped in fur. He lived life the only way he knew how — full speed, full joy, and full of love.

He was the kind of dog who could make you laugh even on the worst days. Whether he was zooming around the house for no reason, doing something he *definitely* knew he shouldn’t, or giving you that “Who, me?” look when caught red-pawed, Major had a talent for turning ordinary moments into memories.

But behind all that craziness was a soul that loved deeply. Major adored his people with every bit of his big heart. He was your shadow, your comfort, and your best friend — the one who greeted you like you were the best thing in the world, every single time.

He gave you the kind of love only a dog like him could give: wild, unfiltered, joyful, and pure. And even though he’s gone, that love hasn’t faded. It stays with you in the quiet moments, in the empty spaces he used to fill, in the memories that still make you smile (and sometimes cry). That’s the kind of love you never lose.

Major lived boldly, loved fiercely, and left a mark on your life that will never be erased. Though his paws no longer patter across the floor, his spirit — that wild, loving spirit — will always be right beside you.

Run free, Major. Thank you for every laugh, every cuddle, and every crazy moment. You were one of a kind.

    Wow, I remember when your mom first picked you up. She wasn't sure what to do with you. So small and cute. Then you grew up quick. You brought a lot of joy and laughter to the family and she appreciated every moment. Funny story I'm sure you remember. She try to trim your fur with the clipper and forgot to put the guard on before starting. She cut a few patches in your fur before she realized something went wrong. Lol rest easy big fella

    Major, When i first met you, all i could think was wow this boy is going to be a handful. Major never missed a beat, he was always on the go, caught the zoomies when it was time for bed, was by my side every night i watched him. he loved messing with the sugar gliders that i have, he would go up and nudge the cage because all he wanted to do was play, but little did he know... the gliders were ready to play as well even though you are 100x's their size. i miss you handsome boy and i hope you are free of any pain and discomfort you may have had. we all miss you, especially my crazy auntie (your mama), but you're home now!💝🙏🏻

    Wow Major... I never thought I would be writing about my walking buddy so soon, we were just together... I came down to visit your little cousin and as per usual, we took our daily walk twice a day... This was the first time I ever heard you growl at someone lol... You bust in my room, trying to be as quiet as possible but we didn't hear any tapping so we knew you were up to something... As I walk in the room, you run out with my whole pack of strawberry cheesecake donuts😳 When I called your aunt downstairs, you ran to your bed with the donuts still in your mouth and that's when it happened... You growled at your aunt for trying to take something that wasn't yours🤣 Then when we called your mom on FaceTime, you tried to act like you didn't do anything wrong😭 You had so much personality, you were really apart of the family😢 We all love you and we will NEVER FORGET YOU❣️💔 #MAJORSWORLD🌎

So sorry for your loss of Major. Thank you so much for sharing the pics, video, and some of his amazing story. I can see he meant the world to you and had a tremendous impact on your life. And what a handsome boy 😊. Our pets bring so much unconditional love and joy to our lives. They truly are family members who we create and share memories with. Keep those with you and he will live on in your heart forever. RIP Major.
