Obituary For Midnight Grant

My sweet boy, my good boy. You have loved me for almost two decades. You always put a smile on my face when I see you. You would lay down and sleep on the floor with me. You would even put yourself at the bottom of my feet whenever I was near. I knew when I first laid eyes on you at 7 years old that you were going to be the best companion for the majority of my life. I always liketo think that through your eyes and your mind that I was your best companion as well. You gave me something that I will never forget, and I promise to you that I will always carry you in my heart. I will always remember the cute barks, your long jet black fur, and those big brown eyes of yours. Even in old age, I still managed to love every part of you and the new memories we made in your last year with me. I am hurting really bad right now and I will be hurting for a while after you are gone. However, I will go back to smiling, joking and back to being happy just for you. This is not goodbye, it’s see you later. As I lay you to rest, I want you to know that your mom, T’erra will always love you and so will the rest of the family. R.I.P. to my Midnight

Hi there. You don't know me but I do subscribe to the obituaries here to see the stories people share about their pets who have crossed over Rainbow Bridge (https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/Poem.htm). So sorry for your loss of Midnight. Thank you so much for sharing some of his story. I can see he meant the world to you and had a tremendous impact on your life. And what a handsome little boy 😊. Our pets bring so much unconditional love and joy to our lives. They truly are family members who we create and share memories with. Keep those with you and he will live on in your heart forever. RIP Midnight.
