REMEMBERING ROCKY Rocky was born 15 April 2009. He peacefully passed away 20 September 2021. He was an only dog to his owner/best friend Brandon and wife Melissa.

Rocky enjoyed watching TV. His favorite thing to watch was animals whom he would bark at. He enjoyed riding in cars, nibbling on human food, sleeping in bed next to his owner. Truthfully, anything his owner was doing, Rocky simply wanted to be right there with Brandon. Times where Rocky couldn’t go along and stay home, he would always welcome us with his favorite toy, a stuffed hedgehog, in his mouth. We will now forever say “Hedgehog Happy” because of Rocky.

Rocky lived a very healthy life, never really getting sick. In the past couple of years, time began to catch up with him. His reddish tan began to fade lighter, his knees became arthritic, his eyes began having a cloudy hue, and the energy faded. Though it was not ideal, Rocky soldiered on. Unfortunately, he couldn’t overcome or adapt to kidney and liver failure. Rocky never showed any signs of sickness until the very end. He was one tough boy.

Rocky will always be remembered for being the best friend his owner ever had. Everyone Rocky was around liked him, it was his personality. He had so much love to go around and he didn’t mind sharing it. He will live forever in the hearts of those he touched. RIP
