Skylar was a a good girl. A joy to those who she encountered.. even with her overbearing nature she had a way of making everyone happy every time she came around. Skylar’s life wasn’t perfect. She experienced her first year in this world as a crated animal with little attention from her previous owner. Thankfully we managed to adopt sky and welcome her apart of the Amos, Thomas and Gorham family. Skylar was loved by many, she had many of pet friend and shined like a star whenever she pranced into the room. Skylar fell ill and unfortunately that led to her untimely death. But this wasn’t the end of her. She remains true and resilient even through the pain she experienced. She will live in the hearts of those who she loved and who’s loved her. She will shine in the behaviors of friends she’s met and taught during her time here on earth. Sky will always shine down on us and sing songs of love and joy and until they meet again she will hold room for fur friends who are sure to join her. Friends like Storm, Koda, Bailey, Luna, Lilo and Rockey. Her death was not only tragic but it was also a reminder, to love on those while you have them. Skylar’s love was unconditional, she spent her final moments with those she loved the most. She fought until she couldn’t and for that she deserves peace. She deserves to know that her barks would be echoed in the hearts of everyone she loved and that with every word we speak for there to be fiery. For she was fierce and mighty and beautiful inside and out. We are thankful to have been able to witness and share a Beauty like hers. She will forever be missed and remain in our hearts. May she continue to walk along side us in our daily struggles and may she visit us all in our dreams whenever we need. May she know that she’s loved from this realm to the next. For death is only the beginning. May we meet again, until then.. Skylar, I’ll forever speak your name.
