Obituary For Smudge Opperman

Found you online through Rescue Cats in Peachtree City & you captured my heart. Your kittens found home and now it was your time. My rescued lab mix and I made the journey to meet you. You just glided through the room we were in, looked at the dog, gave him a hiss and kept going. Knew you'd do just fine in our multi-pet household. You graced our home for 14 years and let any new pet addition know that you were the queen of the house. Even towards the end & we knew you weren't feeling well, you held your head up & the other pets respected you. We will miss your beauty, grace & catitude. Rocky, Pawpur & Annabelle were waiting for you over the Rainbow Bridge - you'll be in good company.

You don't know me but I do subscribe to the obituaries here to see the stories people share about their pets who have crossed over Rainbow Bridge (https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/Poem.htm). So sorry for your loss of Smidge. Thank you so much for sharing some of her awesome story. I can see she meant the world to you and had a tremendous impact on your life. And what a face 😊. Our pets bring so much unconditional love and joy to our lives. They truly are family members who we create and share memories with. Keep those with you and she will live on in your heart forever. RIP Smudge.
