Diesel stems from a lineage of Schutzhund Rottweiler Royalty and he will be missed tremendously. Diesel was the soul of our family. He provided 100% unconditional true love to all of us. He was our protector, dance partner, leaf chaser, and entertainment as we watched any delivery person attempt to ring the doorbell without him noticing them.

Diesel will be forever remembered for the way he would push himself between his human Mom and Dad to keep Dad away from her. Diesel staked his claim on his Mom because Dad was always deployed in the Army. Oh how his Mom enjoyed pretending that Dad was bothering her to watch her big boy come running to rescue her. If he wanted to be rubbed, he had no problem taking his huge head and hitting you with it to let you know he wanted to be touched. Of course, when he wanted you to stop, it was very clear because he would either walk away or show you some teeth! At times, Diesel thought he was a lap dog and would try to sit in your lap for some affection. We embraced those moments as well as the little times he would catch us off guard and lick our faces. He wasn’t big on that often. Needless to say, he was a good boy.

Diesel, we love you and your paw print is forever imprinted in our hearts.

Diesel was preceded in death by his human grandfather, Josh and his pit bull companion, China. Rest easy big boy. All dogs go to heaven!
