Obituary For Winston Teat

On February 14, our family lost the sweetest most loving boy in the world. We are grateful to have loved him and to be loved by him for almost 14 years.

He was born in Fayetteville, GA to Daisy and Turner Teat. He moved to Concord in June of 2008 where he made our family complete, he was the piece that we didn’t know was missing. Winston was met at Rainbow Bridge by his mom (Daisy), dad (Turner), and his sister (Lylah). Not only did he leave behind his human family, but also his best friend Campbell Creek and their son Gibbs Turner. Winston and Campbell are also the parents to 6 other children, Bella, Serena, Obi, Finn, Dessi, and Coffee, who were adopted by friends. They are also the grandparents to 9.

Winston loved his mommy and daddy and would cover them in kisses and would give them hugs. He also loved his sissy and was a fearless protector of her. He was the best playmate she could have asked for, even though she dressed him in doll dresses and pushed him in a stroller for most of his first year.

Winston loved playing peak-a-boo with is blanket (binky), sucking on and playing fetch with one of his many soccer balls, playing with Dora the Explorer, chasing golf balls and most recently dryer balls. He also loved to be outside in the sun and floating in his boat in the pool. He always wanted to be on the go and loved to ride in cars and on boats. He loved being pampered. So at our house, every Friday was Spa Day. He also did not like it when Campbell or Gibbs played with his toys or made a mess. He should have been named Sheldon Cooper, he had his bed, his spot on the couch, his toys, and would only eat out of a certain side of his bowl. He also known as Bubby, Bubba, Winst, Winstonman, and the most Handsome Boy in the World.

Winston is missed dearly and will be forever. A piece of our hearts is missing. Our home is a very different place without him. We love you Winston!
