These people are awesome for what they do, and so genuine and caring about it. I had heard stories about other similar businesses that put poems and prayers in with the ashes…etc, upsetting them at pick up. Not this place. They know how to get to the point without making you feel rushed. This was one of the hardest things I have ever been through (I suppose that makes me fortunate) and they took such good care of my dog’s arrangements, on time, and with such care that I could never thank them enough. I give them four paws up for being a really great business to deal with during a very rough time.
