We Like To Make Your Choice The Least of Your Worries

With more than 60 years of combined cremation experience, Paws Whiskers & Wags strives to make saying goodbye just a little bit easier. Our team of fellow pet owners and animal lovers works hard to help you feel confident in the dignified care we provide for your loved ones. We are here to ensure that your pet is attended to just as carefully and lovingly in death as they were in life.

What Makes Paws, Whiskers & Wags Different

We know that pets are important members of your family. Losing any family member is extraordinarily difficult – what shouldn’t be hard is knowing that you can trust the people who handle your loved one for the last time.

At Paws Whiskers & Wags, we have been taking care of cremation arrangements for pets in the Atlanta area for over 15 years. We are different from other crematories – we have nothing to hide. We offer 100% full-disclosure services, where every pet is cremated alone at each of our facilities using our patented Pet Tracker 360®.

The entirety of the cremation process occurs on-site, under our own roof. Your pet will not be transported anywhere without your knowledge and consent – we are a complete, end-to-end operation.

Because each private cremation happens on-site, we are also able to provide same day services if requested. This also gives family members the opportunity to say goodbye in one of our private viewing rooms. We are proud to be the only pet crematory that provides this service at no additional charge.

Our primary goal is to treat your pet with the dignity and respect they deserve, and to give you the comfort of knowing that you are receiving your loved one’s remains.

Over the years, we have built strong relationships with our veterinarian and home euthanasia partners, and are committed to maintaining an open door policy by providing pet owners with comprehensive information about all available pet cremation and memorial options.

Virtual Pet Loss Support Group

Since starting our Pet Loss Support Group in 2011, we have helped hundreds of pet owners learn how to cope with their grief. We are pleased to announce that we will now offer a bi-monthly Virtual Pet Loss Group via Zoom to allow for better accessibility. We currently offer two complimentary sessions with 15 spots available per session; an RSVP is required. To RSVP for an upcoming session, please click on the “RSVP for Pet Loss Support Group” button at the top of this page, select the event date you wish to attend, and enter the information to reserve your space. Support Group dates are the First Tuesday of the Month (7pm – 8:15pm) and the Third Tuesday of the Month (4pm – 5:15pm).

Our Pet Loss Support Group is moderated by Heather Kotler, a licensed Clinical Social Worker, who graduated from the University of Georgia – Athens. She has 14 years of counseling experience and specializes in grief, personal trauma, anxiety and family therapy. Heather currently has an 8-year-old dog named Olive and a crested gecko lizard.
