Client families' words about our services
Oh my goodness. They were so wonderful when our hearts were broken. Can’t say enough good things about them. I also went to the grief therapy group. Helped so much. Much love to all of their staff.

I recently called on this wonderful group to take care of cremating 2 lovely little dogs. One was mine and the other rescue. They are very caring and concerned that everything gets done just as you want it.

Paws, Whiskers, & Wags made a sad experience very easy and smooth. They took great care of our deceased cat. We dropped her off around 10am and she was ready to be picked up that afternoon. I actually arrived when they were closed (a little after 6pm), but a very nice lady opened the door and allowed me to take our pet home. Thanks for taking great care of us and our cat.

My pet recently passed away and I wanted to use the new Paws Whiskers and Wags location in Covington. I saw a post on this website that concerned me. I did some research and found that this business has never been to court. Please, whoever posted the misinformation, get your facts straight before you post. This is a very sad time for me and I depend on true information, as would anyone who is trying to take care of a loved one. Paws Whiskers and Wags did an amazing service for me and I will be eternally grateful.

When the love of my life, my dear Jasper, finally succumbed to cancer, the level of compassion and professionalism Paws, Whiskers and Wags exhibited was incomparable. To this day, I am so grateful for them and the way they handled my baby. When the time comes for my other girls to depart, they will be cremated by PW&W and them ONLY.

I have not actually dealt with the staff on a face-to-face basis, as I made all arrangements with my vet’s office. However, when I attended the Celebration of Life program today and heard their story about how they got started, I was extremely impressed with what I heard and saw. The ceremony itself was very sweet and heartwarming.

These people are awesome for what they do, and so genuine and caring about it. I had heard stories about other similar businesses that put poems and prayers in with the ashes…etc, upsetting them at pick up. Not this place. They know how to get to the point without making you feel rushed. This was one of the hardest things I have ever been through (I suppose that makes me fortunate) and they took such good care of my dog’s arrangements, on time, and with such care that I could never thank them enough. I give them four paws up for being a really great business to deal with during a very rough time.

This place is awesome! I’ve had 2 of my 3 ferrets cremated with them and each experience was better than the last. The young man who works the front desk is absolutely adorable, their office offers areas where you can sit and fill out your paperwork in private, and the ambiance is one of comfort, love, respect, and empathy. What they offer is peace and the possibility of being complete with the loss of a pet.

They were all so compassionate and patient. I was given plenty of time to sit down and say one last goodbye to my little guinea pig. Everyone was so nice and I truly appreciated the genuine care they give. Thanks Paws, Whiskers and Wags!

Making this call was the hardest thing I have ever done, but the woman I spoke with on the phone was so kind and caring that it made the process so much easier. I had never cremated a pet before but was very happy I did. It allowed me to bring a level of respect to my dear cat that would not have been possible by leaving her with the vet to handle. They also made a paw imprint that has turned out to be much more meaningful to me than I would have thought. I am very happy with the caring and professionalism of this company and can highly recommend them.

Such an amazing place, and staff is amazing! I drive from Birmingham to use them, only place I truly trust with doing right by my baby.

I will always remember the compassion, kindness, patience and time that Paws, Whiskers and Wags gave to me during my loss of my little man, Luke. I hold him close within his special teddy bear and when I am faced with another sad day, I will certainly be turning to you for your help and compassion.
