Obituary For Blayze Blitzen Bell

Our sweet, handsome boy Blayze — how deeply we miss you. For nearly 14 wonderful years, you were our furry favorite, protector, and constant source of love and happiness.

You weren’t just one of the most beautiful dogs I’ve ever seen; your spirit shone just as brightly. Strong-willed and fiery yet endlessly loving and sweet, you carried a spark that made you unforgettable.

Blayze, you were so much more than a dog — you were practically human. Your personality was everything: bold, determined, and unwavering. You knew exactly who you were, what you wanted, and when you wanted it. You were never afraid to engage in a “who can stare the longest” contest until you got your way. And you always won! Fiercely loyal to those who earned it, you were intelligent and wise, growing gentler with age while never losing your fiery essence. Your name, Blayze Blitzen, captured your spirit perfectly. Often called the “Prince from Port-au-Prince,” neither title could have suited you better.

Your long, beautiful life gifted us lessons in loyalty, courage, and unconditional love. We will carry those lessons with us always. Thank you, Blayze, for 13 unforgettable years. You were, and forever will be, deeply loved.

I later came to visit you all and you slept by side all night as your way to mend my trust and our relationship and protect me. Words can't even express how special you were! So sorry for your loss of Blayze. Thank you so much for sharing some of his awesome story! I can see he meant the world to you and had a tremendous impact on your life. And yes, what an adorably handsome boy 😊. Our pets bring so much unconditional love and joy to our lives. They truly are family members who we create and share memories with.
