Obituary For Izzie Johnson

My precious sweet Izzie left us to go to the 🌈 bridge June 30, 2022. She was 16 years old and the smartest little dog I’ve ever had. There was not a thing wrong with her mind but her little body just couldn’t hold out any longer. I got Izzie when she was 6 weeks old and she was given a little tye dye bear when we went out the door. She carried that bear everywhere and if we forgot it when we went to bed she would put up a fuss until you got back up to find it. Anybody that came to visit was always greeted by Izzie with bear hanging out of her mouth. She loved her dad and was always looking to make sure he was nearby. She also loved her toys and would go get on top of the basket that was filled with them and search out the yellow ones. She would line them up in straight lines and I’m talking alot if them. You could always find them around the sides and back of her bed too but the cutest thing she did was put them in a circle and then get in the middle. We always said that was her “Circle of Friends.” We are so broken-hearted and miss her so much even though we know she’s running around healthy and happy with all her sisters now. The sisters you left behind know something is wrong and have been out of sorts since we got home. Rest In Peace my Angel. We miss you and love you so much. I want to say a special thank you to Dr. Rip for taking such good care of our little girl for all these years. I think he loved you as much as us even though he called you the Drama Queen in your younger days. Bye for now but we will see you and all your sisters one day. You were the best baby and I thank you for all the 💗 you gave us.

Sweet little Izzie girl hope you are running and playing with your sisters in the heavens. I know when the time needs to be you and all your sweet sisters will be at the bridge waiting on your mom and dad.

Izzy had such a beautiful soul. Without fail, she would always come out to show me love. In her early days, she always had her baby. Even in her last days, she made it a point to walk (which was not easy for her) to let me know she was there. Rest In Peace little girl. 😻 Tom
