I guess nothing can ever prepared me for this day. A pet kneads their way right into the center of your heart and soul, which is exactly what my Meeko did. I am blessed to have him be part of my life for the past almost three years. My baby my heart is in pieces as days with you come to an end, it’s been hard to watch how in a matter of days your life slipped away.

I'd have you here with me and each memory of you that I hold is where you'll live forever on as I let you go. You were always a step ahead of me, my shadow, my unconditional furry love. How do I say goodbye? I am going to miss you so so much. I know I am being selfish when I wonder who will lay on my desk now while I work or next to me while I sleep.

Goodbye my Meeko, make your way to the sunset and fly to the rainbow’s end, it is time now to rest, time now to go where you'll be restored to your very best. You will always be with me, and I know I will see you one day again.
