Obituary For Prissy Finch

Prissy loved running around our back yard chasing chipmunks and squirrels. She loved barking at the squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, birds and all of the other dogs! Living in a cul-de-sac we were surrounded by 5 yards full of dogs. She'd go outside and bark out to them so they would bark and their owners would let them out. She loved to socialize! I bought a little poodle for her to have as a playmate because she was so friendly. The past year she only dreamed of running and barking. When she was sleeping, her little legs would move really fast and she would make a little yapping sound in her sleep like she was dreaming that she was running through the yard and barking again. I can't believe I'll never see her again. I had to let her go. She could no longer bark or run. She couldn't see or hear. She finally started crying and refused to eat. Letting go was hard and my heart still hurts. Hopefully, she is running around playing with cuddles again.

So sorry for your loss of Prissy. Thank you so much for sharing some of her amazing story. I can see she meant the world to you and had a tremendous impact on your life. And what an awesome face 😊. Our pets bring so much unconditional love and joy to our lives. They truly are family members who we create and share memories with. Keep those with you and she will live on in your heart forever. RIP Prissy.
