When the love of my life, my dear Jasper, finally succumbed to cancer, the level of compassion and professionalism Paws, Whiskers and Wags exhibited was incomparable. To this day, I am so grateful for them and the way they handled my baby. When the time comes for my other girls to depart, they will be cremated by PW&W and them ONLY.

I have not actually dealt with the staff on a face-to-face basis, as I made all arrangements with my vet’s office. However, when I attended the Celebration of Life program today and heard their story about how they got started, I was extremely impressed with what I heard and saw. The ceremony itself was very sweet and heartwarming.

These people are awesome for what they do, and so genuine and caring about it. I had heard stories about other similar businesses that put poems and prayers in with the ashes…etc, upsetting them at pick up. Not this place. They know how to get to the point without making you feel rushed. This was one of the hardest things I have ever been through (I suppose that makes me fortunate) and they took such good care of my dog’s arrangements, on time, and with such care that I could never thank them enough. I give them four paws up for being a really great business to deal with during a very rough time.

This place is awesome! I’ve had 2 of my 3 ferrets cremated with them and each experience was better than the last. The young man who works the front desk is absolutely adorable, their office offers areas where you can sit and fill out your paperwork in private, and the ambiance is one of comfort, love, respect, and empathy. What they offer is peace and the possibility of being complete with the loss of a pet.
